That's a hard one. Right now, corned beef on rye, with lots of mustard.
Ham & cheese (swiss) on rye or white, if that's the only option.
Anything on rye better than anything on white. Though I prefer ham & cheese on rye.
Ham and cheese on white, but it has to be really, really good white bread. Not mass market sliced stuff, but, say, a fresh-out-of-the-oven baguette. With sharp cheddar. And extra-thinly-sliced ham. Oh man, I could go on and on.
I'll take the corned beef if it comes from Michael's Deli in Brookline, the "Corned Beef King." Just not too often. My blood pressure is not looking too good.
What, are you high? Corned beef all the way. I can't even believed you asked me that question. If you could see the look I am giving you right now you would say sorry. Go on. Say it so we can move on and talk about something else.
