As of this writing, there are exactly zero guesses for UI 55, so I probably made that one a wee bit too hard. So here's hint number one: this location is in a state that borders New York. The link you have for UI55 actually goes to UI36 and I haven't been able to figure out how to access UI55 at all. Since you gave a hint, I might try looking again.
