OK, I was going to do Sentential Links and all, but right now Blogger is moving with all the speed of the contents of a refrigerated bottle of Mrs. Butterworth's, so I'm just going to call it a blogging day. Grrrr.
I'll be doing that "Special Sentential Links" thing later this week, so here's one last call for nominations/submissions.

That would be one of the several reasons why I decided to abandon Blogger (after almost six years) and move to the much more sprightly WordPress, and very happy to have done so (even though I'm generally a Google fan)
It happens now and then, but not really often enough to annoy me to the point of switching to some other service. What I really wish is that I could finally switch my blog over to the "new and improved" version of Blogger, but my blog is currently too big for that. Maybe one of these days....
The "new and improved" was actually the last straw for me - I published via FTP (rather than hosting on blogspot) so a lot of the new features weren't available to me. I felt a bit let down after being a blogger user for six years or so, and decided to start looking around for other stuff.
From my experience, if you do decide to upgrade (if you get the chance) it might be difficult to then switch to another provider - WordPress doesn't yet have an automated import tool for new blogger, so I had to do a twenty-step geekfest to get mine to work. It was kind of fun, but might now be for everyone.
