Mind...expanding!

Astronomers have recently determined that our galactic neighbor, the Andromeda galaxy, boasts about one trillion stars. That's about two-and-a-half times as many stars as our own Milky Way.

Stuff like this really makes me miss Carl Sagan.

I have tried to post a comment here a few times. Testing, testing...is it working?

I see it is...

My point, lost in cyberspace was...Mark works at the Rochester Planetarium and I have been able to really get involved with the stars since then! Went to the Spring Skies show and LOVED it! (Learned about Andromeda!) I was like a little kid when I looked in the huge telescope at the sky and actually SAW the rings of Saturn!!!

A nice time...and you can get Dim Sum while you are there!

There's a wonderful planetarium at the Ontario Science Centre. Their space exhibits were being renovated last time I was there, but it's a great place.

And where's that Dim Sum place again? I know you told me once before, but you know my ability to remember stuff like that!
