Speaking of Star Trek, apparently there was a farewell dinner for James Doohan (who played Scotty and who now suffers from Alzheimer's) the other night, constituting Mr. Doohan's final public appearance, and Wil Wheaton was in attendance. Also, he got to deliver a speech.
Not that he'll ever read this, but I'd just like to publicly thank James Doohan for his contribution to Star Trek.
