Assuming that you have not visited all 48 of the 'lower' or 'Continiguous' states, of the ones you haven't visited, which one would you most like to see and why? (I specify the 'lower 48' because Hawaii and Alaska are too obvious. Everybody wants to see those!)

I'd like to see Washington State, specifically the temperate rainforest. (Okay, I was in Spokane some years back for meetings - but I was only there a couple days and didn't have time to get out of the city, so I'm saying my trip to Washington didn't count.)
I've been to 30 of the 48. I'll pick Oregon because some of the cities seem to have a nice vibe. And because it's about as far from here as one can get.
Mississippi. Faulkner country. Actually, I have very little desire to visit either Alaska or Hawaii, although I could imagine living in Hawaii under the right circumstances.
I used to want to see lots of places, and in a way I still do, but I've developed a rather deep aversion to traveling in recent years. But if I had to pick a state to visit I'd pick Arizona. My grandmother (who never got to go there either) was fascinated with Arizona and had a subscription to Arizona Highways magazine which I looked at with her a lot when I was little.
New York or San Francisco. I wish to see NOTHING in the South. Ya'll stay down there is Dixie.
I've been everywhere except New England. I'd love to go there.
Montana, because I like the sound of "Big Sky."
Oregon. Bigfoot keeps asking me to come visit and I keep putting him off.
I've been to Tennessee. If I can help it, I'm never going right of this coast again.
