(I actually knew a handful more than that, but spelling counts and there are a few the spellings of which I couldn't figure out given the ten minute time constraint.)

First One: Got 43 in the first 3 minutes, 5 more in the ensuing 5 minutes, and never did get the last two. Sorry, Iowa and Idaho.
Second One: 123 in the full 10 minutes. Forgot Iceland and Ireland. Am ashamed.
