That looks terrific. Post that recipe, will you?(For the record, I had: roasted chicken that had been brined with bay leaves, sugar, and fresh garlic, then rubbed with a blend of 5-spice powder and chili powder; mashed potatoes; steamed veggies. It was pretty good, too. But your wife's skillz look top shelf.)Cheers,Jason
