So what's that one little quirk about your house or home that needs fixing someday, and yet, even though it bugs you enough to make you think "I gotta fix that!" every time you encounter it, somehow just never quite reaches the level of urgency to actually fix it?
(Oh, and don't forget to Ask Me Anything! No question is too serious or silly!)

The whole thing. Just bulldoze it and build a new one. Just one thing though? The master bathroom I guess. Bad layout, poor quality fixtures, no color. It's just awful.
The whole kitchen design - the silverware next to the stove, so cooking and setting the table cannot happen simultaneously. The dishwasher that opens into the walking kitchen space. Don't get me started on the cabinet space...
Leaky, dripping faucets. Four of them.
The farmhouse-themed wallpaper ceiling border (or whatever you call a 10" wide strip of decorative wallpaper that is applied to the top of walls) in my laundry room. The previous lady of the house had applied them in every room, and since we are not fans of any kind of wallpaper they were the first thing to go.
We never got to the one in the laundry room because the odd shape and crazy angles of the room made it a huge chore, and the only time we go in there is to do laundry. I'm not even sure how she got it up there; the woman must have been working for Cirque de Soleil.
Anyway, that was ten years ago (!) and I still hate it every time I look at it and still don't feel like taking two days to rip it down. I was hoping eventually it would start to age and peel and I could pull it down, but nope -- this border stuff could survive a nuclear war.
