Oddities and Awesome abound!
:: I saw this candle on Facebook, but without any information as to where it comes from. Which is a bummer, because it's one of the coolest-looking things ever. Imagine burning this in a room as the only light source, and tracking the shifting of the shadows on the walls and ceiling over time.
Again, I have no idea where this is from.
:: Apparently the Swedes have decided to take movie-making about the Vikings into their own hands. Cool!
:: Over the last few years I've had some folks comment on my nice-looking skin...hmmmmm....
More next week!

Several of those candles here.
I LOVE that candle! And, having never met you face to face, I can't comment on your skin, but I've always thought your eyes are an amazing color :)
Thanks to Lynn for the link!
Kelly, I've heard -- meaning I have no idea if it's true, which means it's probably not -- that those candles relate to old-fashioned courting rituals. Essentially, a girl's father could draw through so much candle to set a time the young man was allowed to sit with her after dark, and once it burned down, it was time for him to leave. As I said, that's probably completely apocryphal, invented by some catalog copywriter... but it makes for a nice story...
It puts the lotion in the basket. It does this whenever it's told or it gets the hose.
I should add that I have ordered stuff from that site. I've never been disappointed.
