Unlurkify thyselves!

I haven't done this in a while, so here goes: it's Delurking Week! Say something. For the next few days I'll open things up to anonymous comments (although if spammers start swarming, I may need to cut things off early). I'll still leave the moderation on and CAPTCHA thingie on, though. One can't be too careful.

Say hello!

(No politics, please -- just spread some good cheer. Thanks!)

So glad the bottle I stuffed with this note has landed on the shores of Byzantium. Sire, I have languished in a state of deep remorse and have come to accept my exile as just. An inevitability placed on me by justice itself. No longer will I portend to question absolutes such as a space landing that cannot seem to be documented. NAY! It happened and I embrace the philosophy. I will from here on dispense with talk of politics and such if the good sire will see fit to leave the anonymous portal open.

Humbly

Theee (exiled) Earl of Obvious.

I'm not a lurker. I do comment occasionally but I should comment more often. Considering how desperately I crave comments on my own blog you would think I would do unto others as I would have them do unto me.

I've been reading your blog for at least a couple of years now, via RSS feed. Thanks for sharing a bit of your world with the rest of us!

On a side note, your blog is the reason we stayed in Buffalo for a few days on our summer vacation. Nice place!

Hi, I don't follow blogs consistently, but I do enjoy reading yours when I have a few spare moments. Thanks!

I've been reading and enjoying your blog for years, but haven't commented much. I did ask a question a couple of years ago about fantasy worlds, but nothing since then. Sometimes it is nice to just sit in the cafe and people watch. Thanks for writing it and don't mind me over here at the table by the window!

Except for a few esoteric subject (e.g., the software development life cycle, a certain team that has gone to the Super Bowl four times and lost each time, and 18th century music composition techniques) I don't have enough of an opinion to express, but I sure enjoy reading the opinions of others who can express themselves clearly and thoughtfully. So I thank you for your thoughts and opinions and will continue to read.
