Something for Thursday

Here are the last few minutes of a movie I like a lot, Robert Redford's A River Runs Through It. The film adapts Norman Maclean's novella about growing up with his brother in Montana, along a beautiful river with a father who was a pastor and an avid fly-fisherman. I don't think this clip really gives anything away, spoiler-wise.

  1. I remember telling my GF at the time this came out that I hope to someday write something half as moving as I found that beautiful movie.

    I still have that hope.
