Sorry to be so late on this week's entry! I have no idea as to the genesis of this and I've never heard of the band before, but everybody in Facebook is linking or embedding this, and it's not hard to see why once you watch about thirty seconds of it:

    You can actually see a bit of the "treadmill video" in the one you posted, playing on a TV...
