Ham and cheese on white, or corned beef on rye?

  4. Ham and cheese on white, but it has to be really, really good white bread. Not mass market sliced stuff, but, say, a fresh-out-of-the-oven baguette. With sharp cheddar. And extra-thinly-sliced ham.

    Oh man, I could go on and on.

  5. I'll take the corned beef if it comes from Michael's Deli in Brookline, the "Corned Beef King." Just not too often. My blood pressure is not looking too good.
