I haven't freeloaded off the government's bandwidth in a while, so here's something from the ever-reliable
Astronomy Picture of the Day site. It's the galaxy NGC-3370, which resides in our sky in the constellation Leo.
Since NGC-3370 is approximately 100 million light years away from Earth, I'd say that it can be safely described as "a galaxy far, far away."
(Stop with the "boo hiss" stuff. Do you think I can't hear you all!)
