This kind of thing is why we must elect John Kerry! This cannot be allowed to stand! Think of the children!
Seriously, though, congratulations to Terry Teachout on his appointment to the National Council on the Arts. Here's hoping he can use his newfound influence in Washington to get more Berlioz and film music on concert programs throughout the country.
