When we entertain, we usually...I'm a lemon fan. When we entertain, we usually put out a pitcher of iced lemon water. We actually just slice the lemons and throw the slices in the pitcher with the water. Looks good and tastes good.<br /><br />One of my favourite things of all time is a frozen lemon ice confection from Italy called <i>"Granite"</i> (roughly pronounced gra-nee-tay). Heaven in a bowl!<br /><br />We usually have a green salad with dinner. Most nights we dress it very simply with a bit of salt, olive oil, and fresh squeezed lemon.<br /><br />I'm with you on the skepticism on the health benefits (but you knew that).
