A Random Wednesday Conversation Starter

I'm sure I've asked at some point what your preferred sandwich condiment or spread is -- mayo, mustard, butter, whatever -- but I haven't asked about technique. So: when making a sandwich, do you spread your condiment of choice on one slice of bread, or both?

usually both, though if it's thin - cheese, bologna - aybe only one

Both, but I make Dagwood-style sandwiches with lots of fillings.

Mayo on one slice; mustard on the other.
