This is the title of this post.

You know how lots of times, in movies and teevee shows, someone will read a letter? And we might get a very brief glimpse of the letter itself, but not even close to being enough to actually read the physical contents of the letter (which is a prop)? Well, enter the DVD freeze frame, from an episode of Leave It To Beaver. Hilarious!

The problem with you discontinuing comments on the links piece are twofold: 1) you picked them so they do, in some way, reflect you and 2) you often comment on them. Or in the example I'm giving, comment before them.
The reason there is no Management Day is that EVERY day is Management Day.

How about owners kid who works his way up from the bottom of the company but does not really work cause no one gives him crap because he is the owners kid and he will be promoted regardless of his performance which makes the other workers around him cynical and apathetic day?
