The weather here in Buffalo has been uniformly lousy the last few days -- cold, windy, rainy. Since most of our weather patterns start as unsettled systems coming in from the west, I am putting the blame for this on the good people of Indianapolis, Minneapolis, and the state of Michigan. Cut it out, people.
