Department of Bizarre Convergences, Report #47563:

On Saturday afternoon, one of Buffalo's TV stations aired the film JFK. On Saturday night, another of Buffalo's TV stations aired Bull Durham.

Thus, in the course of six hours I got to hear Kevin Costner argue that Lee Harvey Oswald was a patsy for a vast conspiracy to kill President Kennedy (JFK), and that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone (Bull Durham).

(The fact that I am actually observing things like this indicates one of two things: [a] I am in tune with and grokking the myriad possibilities of life, or [b] I desperately need to get some gainful employment so as to better apply my mental energy. I report, you decide....)
